Our licensed Physical Therapists completed their Bachelor's Degrees in fields such as Sports Medicine and Exercise Science prior to obtaining their Masters Degrees in the Science of Physical Therapy. Our Athletic Trainers are certified in the field of injury prevention and rehabilitation and have spent years treating on-site injuries, during which time they developed their skills in clinical rehabilitation of surgical and non surgical patients.

After surgery for a traumatic or overuse injury, inflammation in the joint can cause pain, swelling, weakness, and loss of motion in addition to decreased functional activity. Physical Therapy, along with the use of advanced technology, facilitates the patients return to optimal functioning.
What Should I Bring to Physical Therapy?
Bring comfortable gym clothes and appropriate gym footwear. For pool therapy, please bring your swim suit. Changing rooms, towels, and showers provided.
What Goal Should You Hope to Obtain?
Your goals will be discussed with your treating physician. Our goal is to have each patient reach their optimum performance, post injury. Goals are based on patient input. Your progression is continuously re-evaluated and discussed with your physician.
How Long Will Your Treatment Last?
Treatment is medically prescribed by your physician and usually a covered benefit under most insurance plans, although length of coverage varies from plan to plan. Your sessions with your therapist will generally last between 1-2 hours.
What If My Symptoms Return?
After completing your physical therapy, if symptoms return, please consult your physician. After evaluation he may refer you back for additional therapy or instruction in a home program.
